The MSFCA has two publications available to its readership:

Minnesota Fire Chief Magazine

The Minnesota Fire Chief Magazine is a seasonal periodical mailed out to members and subscribers quarterly. Members, MN fire service representatives, and certain levels of sponsors have the opportunity to become published by submitting photographs and articles for consideration in every issue.

Minnesota Fire Chief Magazine Content & Ads Deadlines

  • Q3 - Summer Issue: June 1, 2024
  • Q4* - Fall Issue: September 1, 2024
  • Q1 - Winter Issue (2025): December 1, 2024
  • Q2 - Spring Issue (2025): March 1, 2025

*The fourth-quarter issue dually serves as the onsite conference program and annual directory for the Association. Issue 4 is mailed and handed out onsite at the Annual Conference.  

MSFCA E-Newsletter

The E-Newsletter will be going through major changes, instead of a downloadable .pdf file, it will become more interactive and truly digital. The e-mail will come to members monthly in an electronic format and will help MSFCA convey timely information on upcoming events, award deadlines, and more.
