North Star Women's Firefighter Association 

Mission Statement

The NSWFA exists to open doors for women in the fire service through a safe and inclusive environment for recruiting, training, and networking events.

Objectives

• Create and promote inclusive and diverse recruitment and retention campaigns.
• Form a support network for women during their unique struggles and to assist in setting them up for having a successful career in the fire service.
• Provide a platform where diverse perspectives can be voiced.
• To host networking, training and educational opportunities for fire service, men and women both, so that mutual respect and camaraderie can be achieved. 

To join, select North Star Women's Firefighter Association section on your MSFCA membership renewal form. You must be a current MSFCA member to join a section.
